All returned packages must be shipped using a service that tracks shipments, such as UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Once you ship your returned items through such a provider, you will be able to use its online tracking system to know when we have received your package. Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days for us to receive and process your return.
Products Purchased at Retail Stores or Other Websites:
Please note that www.MAXMARTIN.co is not able to accept returned merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.MAXMARTIN.co. To return products purchased at another store, please check the return policy of the store where the item was purchased.
Credits for Returned Products:
We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged for those products that meet the conditions described in this policy to be accepted as a returned product. You can expect your refund within thirty (30) days of when we receive your returned products. We’ll notify you via email, using the contact information you supplied to us when you placed your original order, when we have received and processed the returned product(s). We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
NOTE: We’re sorry, but we don’t credit original or return shipping costs for returned orders.
Orders Using Promotion or Discount Codes:
Any discounts that you received through your use of a promotion or discount code shall be maintained when refunding you the amount of money you paid for a returned product. For instance, if you used a code that provided you with a discount of twenty percent (20%) off your total order, you will not be refunded the individual product price for a returned product obtained through that order, but rather, you will be refunded the individual product price less the discount of twenty percent (20%) off that individual price.
Orders Sent as Gifts:
If you send someone a gift, such as a pair of shoes, and s/he returns the gift, the credit for the gift goes to the original form of payment only (i.e. your credit card).
Damaged or Defective Products :
Damaged or Defective products that are returned to MAXMARTIN.co are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department and replaced, if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from our approved factory specifications. Our liability for any damaged or defective products is limited to the replacement of such product. We will replace your MAX MARTIN product
with the same style and size, if available, or substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style or size returned is no longer available. If the merchandise received as a substitution for a damaged or defective product is unsatisfactory, please note that it must be returned to us for an exchange within thirty (30) days, unworn, in the original packaging with the tags and labels intact. Any substitution may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price of the damaged or defective item.
If the damage was caused by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process, or a deviation from our approved factory specifications, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition as it is in upon our receipt of your returned package. We do not replace damaged or defective merchandise that was damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.) or products that were damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose of the product.
Please note the life expectancy of any product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.

MAX MARTIN products available for purchase online include handbags, wallets, shoes, luggage, jewellery, gifts and ready to wear. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased through MAX MARTIN online. MAX MARTIN products are handcrafted in America with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship.
HOW TO PURCHASE
Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through MAXMARTIN.co or through the assistance of our online personal assistants.
Prices displayed on the MAX MARTIN website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

MAX MARTIN accepts only the following forms of payment for online purchases:

• MAX MARTIN gift cards
For added security, your billing address at MAXMARTIN.co must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.
We do not accept:

• Money orders
• Layaway plan
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability, and that your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for $1 for verification purposes.
MAX MARTIN will charge applicable charges state, local and county taxes on all online orders based on shipping address. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that orders are processed as quickly as possible and that, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. Products purchased from MAX MARTIN online arrive packaged in a manner suitable for gift giving.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please note that, for security reasons, MAX MARTIN online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. box addresses.
All purchases are shipped via FedEx. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by the shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. MAX MARTIN cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from FedEx that your purchase has been delivered.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For online purchases, MAX MARTIN will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Easy-to-follow instructions for returning/exchanging merchandise are included with each shipment. Please note that returns and exchanges must be made through MAXMARTIN.co
Full-priced merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 30 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
The full amount of the return will be credited to the original credit card used. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item, and the credit should appear on your next statement.
Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund unless there was an error made by MAXMARTIN in the original shipment. Please note that a different return/exchange policy may apply to in-store purchases.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.
We recommend that you ship merchandise via FedEx or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. MAX MARTIN will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event
that return/exchange packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Please note that certain items are shipped with a return/exchange tag attached.
Returns and exchanges on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact and the return instructions above are followed.
MAX MARTIN reserves the right to refuse return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in MAX MARTIN’s sole discretion.
The exchange of an item purchased on MAXMARTIN.co, involves an easy two step process. First, please begin by making an online selection to identify and to purchase the replacement item. Second, return the original item by following the steps outlined in the previous section. Please note that the returned item must be received by MAX MARTIN in its original condition and that new orders are subject to MAX MARTIN having available merchandise on-hand. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility, unless there was an error made by MAX MARTIN in the original shipment. Please contact MAX MARTIN at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that you do not incur an additional shipping fee on the replacement item. Your exchange item(s) will be sent to you via FedEx at no additional cost.
